As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you'll be the advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve. You will collaborate closely with patients, their families, and our hospice team to create meaningful experiences. This role is a full-time, salaried position covering on-call hours from 5 PM on Friday until 8 AM on Monday. You’ll have the support of our dedicated 24/7 RN Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.
