You’ll support our teams and the organization in achieving measurable business outcomes, driving innovation, and optimizing value streams across the company. Your mission Organizational Coaching: Optimize value streams, interfaces, and cross-functional collaboration. Change Leadership: Foster an agile mindset, facilitate workshops and coaching sessions — including at management level. Outcome Focus: Promote KPI-driven work, hypothesis-based experiments, and continuous feedback loops. AI-Native Ways of Working: Build data and AI literacy and help integrate AI-supported tools into daily team practices. Your profile Several years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in cross-functional teams and during agile transformations. Strong methodological expertise and experience with data-driven steeringandoutcome-oriented work. Solid understanding of AI, analytics, and digital product development. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to facilitate and lead change effectively. Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
