Job Description

Provide coaching support, facilitating cross knowledge sharing across teams to support continuous learning. In addition, candidate will have the ability to create rollout strategies and provide incremental support for teams and ensure Agile adoption adheres to governance, success factors and compliance needs. Works with moderate guidance and is responsible for applying prior Agile knowledge and experience to Anthem environment. Seeking an individual with significant experience (7+ years experience) in support of Agile Delivery, including Scrum process, Scaled Framework and DevOps tools. Qualifications • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; minimum of 5 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• 7+ years experience in support of delivery
• Requires at least 3 years leading and directing teams.
• Requires CTC or equivalent. SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or equivalent, preferred.
• Preferred experience within small sized Agile implementations (e.g. 5-7 teams).
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills required.
• DevOps Tools (Bamboo, Stash, UDeploy, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium) is preferred but not required.
• Full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
