Internship Program:
Celtic offers internships each semester in association management inclusive of daily operations, planning, event management, social media and marketing promotions, website management and more. Interns are assigned a manager and work alongside industry vets to navigate through real-world assignments, develop marketable job skills, and gain practical experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management – requires the ability to manage projects in support of the associations clients’ day-to-day management
Organizational Skills – Be a self-starter, demonstrate an ability to organize your workload and workflow, and seek out feedback.

In Office Position – Morton Grove, IL
Schedule:
Part-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Payment:
Internships are paid at $17 per hour and receive fantastic exposure to day-to-day agency work, a team project for completion, presentation training and a review of resume for future career advancement.
Most of our interns receive credits from their respective universities. It is the responsibility of the candidate to coordinate their credit program. Celtic will assist with any forms or necessary documentation to assist in credit approvals.
Next Class:
The next intern class begins May, 2024 through mid-August 2024.

Employment Requirements:
Eligible candidates should be studying in the respective field outlined in the job description and be either an upper-classman or graduate student. Candidates should be able to drive or commute to Celtic’s offices. Hours are flexible to fit curriculum schedules but candidates must report consistently for work during their agreed hours. Interns will receive monthly feedback from their immediate supervisor. Interns are expected to follow the Employee Manual Policies (supplied during interview) including dress code and code of conduct.
