Requirements

1. A minimum of one-year previous bartending experience
2. Must be 21 years of age or older
3. A valid California Food Handler Card is required
4. A valid Safe Alcohol Service Certified is required
5. A valid Responsible Beverage Server certification is required
6. Able to work various hours/days as business dictates

Position Summary: The Bartender will have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position that requires multi-tasking while making cocktails, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning, cashiering, receiving and stocking product. The Bartender should also have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Bartenders interact with guests in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
