Blockchain Engineer
Job brief: We are seeking a visionary Blockchain Engineer to lead our blockchain initiatives, which includes token creation, fundraising, community building, listing on exchanges, and more.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical team, which includes overseeing all blockchain-related development and operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
Plan and execute strategies for blockchain integration and tokenomics.
Design and implement blockchain-enabled features and smart contracts that enhance platform's capabilities.
Collaborate closely with management and technical teams to align blockchain strategies with business goals and user needs.
Maintain documentation of all blockchain processes, products, and SDKs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Enhance application security by utilizing the latest cryptographic techniques and blockchain tools to safeguard digital transactions and data.
Utilize excellent presentation skills to assist pitch the company’s solutions to potential partners within the healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in blockchain development and token creation.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency mechanisms.
Proficient in writing and deploying smart contracts.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a dynamic (remote) environment.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
