JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR and business partners on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for talent.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience recruiting in global or high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.
- Exposure to data analytics or recruitment metrics.
