About Little Flower:
Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is a human services nonprofit supporting the well-being of children, youth, families, and individuals across New York City and Long Island since 1929.
Our staff builds well-being by providing prevention services, foster care, residential treatment care, adoption services, programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and medical and mental health services.
With more than 500 dedicated team members, we are committed to strengthening families and delivering services with care, accountability and purpose.
Position Summary:
We seek a Recruiter to support both campus and experienced hiring. This role will implement sourcing strategies, screen and coordinate candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience across teams. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, represent Little Flower at events, and help maintain a strong, values-aligned talent pipeline.
