Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including concrete footing and pour wall crafting, paving, constructing curbs and gutters, and finishing sidewalks with a trowel finish. We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including demolition, framing, and site cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints and follow project specifications
• Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain a safe work environment

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ames, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
