ATI has a current need for a part-time Custodian with experience cleaning office buildings and associated offices, cubicles, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, elevators, stairwells, and lobby. Hours (approximately 20 – 25 hours/week) are during the day shift. Great Pay and Benefits for a Part-Time Custodian:

• Flexible afternoon Monday through Friday work schedule – perfect for a working parent! Duties and Responsibilities of a Part-Time Custodian:
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following: • Clean, disinfect, and wipe down surfaces and common-use items such as handrails, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, water faucets and handles, work surfaces, elevator buttons, sinks, toilets and control handles, restroom stall handles, urinals, toilet bowls/seats, bathroom stalls, toilet paper and other paper dispensers, door handles, water cooler and drinking fountain controls;
• Clean restroom mirrors;
• De-scale showers, toilet bowls, and urinals;
• Stock restroom supplies including soap, toilet paper, and paper towels;
• Remove trash from offices, common areas, large trash bags, identified boxes, and shredders;
• Maintain floors;
• Clean stairways;
• Vacuum carpeted areas within hallways, offices, conference rooms, elevator, and all other areas within the building including floor mats;
• Dust all surfaces daily or cleaned to eliminate dust collection and cobwebs within conference rooms, break rooms and all common areas;
• Clean glass doors/windows; and
• Perform spot cleaning on a continual basis throughout the facility. Required Qualifications and Experience for a Part-Time Custodian: • High school diploma or GED;
• Minimum of two years relevant experience with similar duties in office buildings;
• US citizenship required;
• Current SECRET clearance or a clean background history (no criminal or credit problems) to acquire such a clearance in a timely manner; and
• Experience at a Government facility is a plus but not required.
