Join our team as a Customer Experience Associate, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers at Best Buy. You'll receive comprehensive training to build the knowledge and skills necessary to recommend the best technology products and services tailored to each customer's unique needs. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a passion for sales, this position is perfect for you!

What you'll do:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, engaging manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide tailored recommendations across all product categories.
• Process transactions for purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor.
• Assist with fulfilling in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Basic qualifications:

• At least 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
