Customer Success Manager – Generative AI SaaS

Hybrid – San Mateo, CA | Full-time | $110k–$150k + equity

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing generative AI startup working at the cutting edge of B2B marketing.

You’ll be the driving force behind onboarding, engagement, and long-term success for a growing portfolio of enterprise customers.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives on direct customer collaboration and loves helping teams see immediate value from the product.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage the onboarding journey for new customers—getting them live, active, and seeing ROI fast
• Run regular check-ins and QBRs to maintain engagement and drive renewals
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve customer problems and influence roadmap decisions
• Tailor onboarding to each customer’s needs and ensure product adoption stays strong across the first 90 days
• Partner with sales to refine ICP and shape the go-to-market motion

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success , ideally in sales or marketing tech
• Experience working directly with marketing leaders (CMOs, demand gen, product marketing)
• Proven track record owning renewals, QBRs , and driving product adoption
• A customer-first mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Passion for the startup pace, autonomy, and building systems that scale
