Join AdPro 360 as a Digital Marketing Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO, where you will play a vital role in executing successful marketing initiatives for multiple business units. Working under the guidance of the Digital Manager, you will establish digital strategies across a diverse range of industries, overseeing the management of 15-20 Google Ad accounts and ensuring the effective allocation of monthly budgets. Your responsibilities will include optimizing SEM campaigns, conducting keyword research, and managing paid social media ads across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will collaborate with development, editorial, and marketing teams to drive content creation and implement best practices, all while analyzing industry trends and competitor strategies. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and apply fresh ideas in dynamic marketing landscapes. If you’re eager to enhance your digital marketing expertise and contribute to impactful initiatives, this is the perfect position for you. What Matters Most Solid foundation in digital marketing principles, underpinned by a Bachelor's degree in advertising, digital marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a flair for creative writing, enabling you to craft compelling ad copy. Strong analytical abilities and an eye for detail are essential for optimizing campaigns and measuring performance across various digital platforms. Proficiency in digital marketing tools is crucial, particularly with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with Facebook Ads, YouTube, and WordPress will enhance your capability to manage campaigns effectively. A minimum of three years of experience managing Google Ads accounts and a solid understanding of SEM KPIs.
