You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis - driving engagement, leads, and growth through creative and data‑driven marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns Manage and optimise ad campaigns across Fitness Cartel, Merse Wellness Spa, and Fitness Cartel Apparel Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimisation Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to increase conversions Track and analyse ad creatives, copy performance, and funnel results, providing data‑driven recommendations Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to refine strategies Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation Conduct SEO audits, optimise content, and manage backlinking strategies Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools to monitor performance Provide regular reports on campaign performance and website traffic Analyse customer journeys and sales funnels to optimise marketing efforts What You’ll Need to Succeed Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within fitness, health, or beauty Proven experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and performance marketing Ability to demonstrate previous successful marketing campaigns Strong social media marketing skills - both organic and paid Experience with WordPress and website development Familiar with email marketing, automation, and analytics tools (MailChimp, Google Analytics, Linktree) Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment Passion for health, wellness, and fitness Desirable: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation tools Desirable: Exposure to B2B marketing, apparel marketing, or direct marketing About Fitness Cartel Health Clubs At Fitness Cartel Health Clubs , we’re more than a gym - we’re one of Australia’s fastest‑growing fitness brands, with a mission to reach 60+ clubs by 2030.
