Looking for an opportunity to fast-track your career? Our two-year, non-rotational Early Career Development Program goes beyond entry-level jobs. We offer structured orientation, one week of in-person training, technical and professional training, team building, virtual social events, executive-level exposure, and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals.

About the Role

As a Java Developer in our Early Career Development Program, you will design and develop new features, products, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design and coding.
• Participating in the design and development of new features, products, and utilities.
• Serving as tier 1 to 3 technical support on CIPH projects.
• Maintaining existing codes, support, document, and test bug fixes and enhancement.
• Analyzing software failures to find root causes of errors and devise fixes to pre-empt similar faults in the future.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree
• Show an understanding of object-oriented principles
• Demonstrate intermediate Java programming knowledge
• Be familiar with developing web applications on the Java platform (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST Web Services)
• Experience with SQL
• Experience in writing unit test code

• Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000.
