Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Transport workers on various levels of a building
Maintain clear communication with workers on different levels to coordinate movements and ensure smooth operations
Regularly inspecting the elevator for any issues, reporting any problems
Ensuring all work performed in accordance with relevant safety codes and regulations
Qualifications:
Must have an active Elevator Lift Certification
Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
Position may require a drug screen
