Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and market research.


Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Support social media initiatives by creating and scheduling content
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics and analytics
• Collaborate with team members on projects and presentations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
