A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in Virginia to join their team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to advance in a partner-track position, working closely with seasoned attorneys to develop and implement estate and elder law plans. Serve as the primary attorney contact for plan customization and implementation. Supervise and coordinate planning, application, and administration functions. Delegate tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to meet deadlines. Respond to client and team inquiries promptly. Assess prospective clients' needs and determine next steps. Requirements Virginia State Bar admission; Maryland and District Bar admissions are a plus. 2-4 years of experience in estate planning and/or elder law. Strong communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Professional demeanor with a commitment to quality and critical thinking. Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and exercise discretion. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Virginia State Bar. Skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and client service abilities. Proficiency in estate planning and elder law practices. Payment of all bar dues and CLE education.
