Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa provides affordably priced, top quality therapeutic massage, facial and hair removal services at convenient hours 7 days a week. Our spa in Thousand Oaks has 4 out of 11 treatment rooms designated for facials. We have become the go to spa for the widest array of facial services in the Conejo Valley. We are very busy and need you! Come join us! Responsibilities Provide skincare services including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, Diamond Glow, nanoinfusion, LED treatments and remediation. Match client needs and skin type with appropriate services to achieve satisfaction and success. Deliver services with excellent technical skills, dedication to service, and high professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and adhere to safety and licensing requirements. Participate in ongoing training and utilize products provided (Dermalogica, Image and Clarity) and the spa’s uniforms, linens and supplies. Qualifications California Esthetician or Cosmetologist License.

AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF SPA EXPERIENCE.

Currently have an active insurance. Proficiency in facials and ability to match services to client needs and skin type. Compensation & Schedule A percentage of each total service performed; an hourly rate between appointments while on duty; special incentives and all gratuities plus commission on Dermalogica and Clarity product sales. Free massage or facial monthly for full-time therapists. 50% employer-covered medical insurance with full-time (25 hours per week) employment. With a wide array of upgraded facial services, earnings may range from $35 to $80 per hour per service performed, inclusive of enhancements and tips.
