Overview:

This is an amazing foot-in-the-door opportunity to get full-time pay and affordable health insurance after just 30 days.

• $15.40/hr
• 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 5PM-1:30AM, Flexibility required
• Some after hours may be required due to private events

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, straighten, and vacuum assigned areas, including cubicles, bathrooms, break areas, stairwells, entryways, and more.
• Exterior Maintenance: Sweep sidewalks, porches, and decks; ensure exterior cleanliness.
• Vehicle Detailing: Detail company vehicles as needed.
• Equipment Handling: Operate various cleaning equipment, including automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors, and buffers.
• Outdoor Work: Work outdoors for short periods, regardless of weather conditions.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of one year of janitorial or related experience.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to eight hours, including stairway management and overhead work.
• Adaptability: Capable of working in both environmentally controlled and non-environmentally controlled settings, with exposure to varying temperatures.
