Based in New York, you’ll act as the CRO’s right hand—balancing the fast-moving tactical demands of calendar, travel, and communication with the strategic foresight needed to keep leadership aligned and focused.

THE JOB
Calendar & Inbox Management: Handle an active, ever-changing schedule with precision; triage and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Board & Executive Support: Coordinate logistics and materials for Board of Directors meetings, Executive Committee sessions, and leadership offsites. Own the details—from scheduling to catering to execution.
Travel Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, often last‑minute, with detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
Event Planning: Organize executive dinners, industry events, offsites, and team events with creativity and flawless execution.
Operational Excellence: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and EA team to align priorities and keep leadership operating smoothly.
ABOUT YOU
Tech Savvy: fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management platforms (Concur or similar).
Experienced Support: You have 5+ years of experience directly supporting a CRO in a rapidly scaling SaaS start-up environment.
Effective Communicator: You can effectively “push back” when needed, while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities.
Discretion & Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and grace.
Masterful Writing: Your written English is impeccable, and your communication skills are confident and precise.
Go to Market Pro: A comprehensive grasp of go‑to‑market strategies paired with insights into the dynamics of sales leadership.
Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's Degree, showcasing your academic prowess.
