Job Description

A local leader in the Ag Industry is looking to hire a  Farm Hand / Operator . This position is best suited for someone who can multi-task throughout their days. This position is an opportunity to advance your ag career with long-term opportunities for growth potential!

Farm Hand / Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment such as tractors, sprayers, etc.
• Maintain current equipment by performing general maintenance and repairs when needed
• Perform duties necessary for crop production such as tillage, planting, harvest, cultivating, and pruning
• Work overtime and varied hours depending on the season, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Farm Hand /Operator Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical skills preferred
• General ag background and knowledge preferred
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Passion for farming
