We are currently hiring Experienced Stand-Up Counterbalance Operators for our client in Brampton, Ontario. A MINIMUM of 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED. Please only apply if you can legally work 40 hours a week.

Available Shift:

• Monday to Friday – Night: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Case picking client orders

• Retrieving products from storage locations

• Operating Stand-Up Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

• Putting away products to allocated storage locations

• Performing daily clearance and safety checks on machinery

• Meeting nightly KPI requirements

• Assisting with other warehouse tasks as assigned

Work Environment:

• This role requires working in a cold warehouse environment (PPE provided where necessary).

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Stand-Up Counterbalance licence

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating Stand-Up Counterbalance (preferred brands: Caterpillar or Johnston)

• Ability to work comfortably in cold temperatures

• Able to commit to a long-term night shift assignment

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada

Wage:

• $22.00 – $24.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
