Human Resources Manager

Location: Coral Gables, FL

T ype: Full-Time | On-Site

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and professional development.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and deliver insights to executive leadership to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, or Workday.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
