Position Details:

• Title: Maintenance Manager
• Location : Butler, WI
• Schedule : M-F 7am-4pm
• Compensation : $40-50 per hour + quarterly bonus

Position Description:

As a manager you will oversee a 4-person maintenance team and be responsible for:

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
• Assisting in equipment installations and upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a plastics or manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and move heavier objects with proper equipment.
• Capable of operating hoist/lifting equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency calls
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
