Maintenance Technician III - Injection Molding Machines
Location: Near Kansas City, MO
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technician III to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-tonnage injection molding and blow molding machines. The ideal candidate will have strong hydraulic and electrical system knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection molding and/or blow molding machines.
Perform maintenance and repairs on high-tonnage presses (950+ tons).
Maintain and repair hydraulic and electrical systems including PLCs and controls.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with injection molding equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLCs.
Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot complex machinery.
Formal training in hydraulics preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
