Target Program Dates: May 26th - August 7th, 2026 
Relocation Assistance: While local candidates are preferred, a temporary housing stipend may be available for those residing outside the immediate area of the internship location.

Overview of the Program

Step into the creative engine of a global manufacturing leader with Lincoln Electric’s Marketing Internship Program! This opportunity places you at the heart of an in-house marketing team that supports product launches, brand awareness, and sales initiatives. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll collaborate with Marketing Communications Specialists and the Corporate Graphic Design Team to create and edit visuals for web, print, and social media. You’ll gain hands-on experience preparing files for production and developing marketing materials that reach audiences around the world. This internship is your chance to sharpen your design skills, build your portfolio, and learn from seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Potential Projects

  • Collaborate with the corporate graphic design team  

  • Design and edit graphics for web platforms, printed materials, and social media  

  • Assist in the development of updated marketing material  

  • Prepare marketing files for print and web production  

  • Monitor and report on the performance of specific marketing campaigns

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in graphic design, business, or communications  

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in any of the following disciplines: marketing, communication design, public relations, graphic design, or communication analytics
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 
  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, web design, animation, and motion graphics 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support others 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Portfolio or work samples required with application
