Position Type: Temporary / Short-Term Assignment
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare physical files for scanning, including removing staples, paper clips, and bindings.
· Organize and categorize files to ensure proper order before scanning.
· Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper records.
· Verify scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
· Track progress and report any issues with documents or equipment.
· Return or properly dispose of physical files as directed.
Qualifications:
· Minimal prior experience required; training will be provided.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Reliable and punctual with a consistent work ethic.
· Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive documents.
· Must be able to work in-office for the duration of the assignment.
