High End Residential Project Manager Needed

Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill an opening with a High End Residential General Contractor located in Boston, MA. Interested candidates should have 5 + years construction experience with at least 2 years of that experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

• Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
• Report directly to senior management
• Oversee budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Subcontractor contract management
• Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

• At least 2 years of project management experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
