Responsibilities:
– Manage technically complex projects and oversee the work of a high-functioning, multidisciplinary team
– Generate revenue by expanding business with existing clients and developing relationships with new clients
– Deliver high-quality products to clients, ensuring compliance with the firm’s Health and Safety Program and Quality Management Program
– Support the career growth of staff through coaching and mentor-ship
– Promote and expand the firm’s reputation by presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed scientific literature
Requirements:
– A minimum of 15 years of directly relevant experience in environmental consulting
– Pertinent certifications such as DABT, BCES, CIH, Certified Senior Ecologist
– 5 years of experience managing technically complex projects and supervising teams
– Proven success in generating $1M/year in business and completing projects on time
– Strong ability to generate revenue through client development and expand the firm’s reputation
– Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring adherence to applicable standards
– Experience in supporting the career growth of staff and fostering a collaborative team environment
