Coulee Land Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Auctioneer to join our team. We specialize in selling hunting land, farmland, agricultural land, lakeshore cabins, and homes in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Our mission is to provide the best auction experience, bring more buyers to the table, and ensure our clients get the most at closing. Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Helping to create and manage live or online auctions.
- Networking and marketing to attract potential buyers.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless and successful auction process.
- Providing an unmatched 5-star experience for our clients.
- Team lead on the auction side of the company.
- We are looking to expand our services and will add a land auction service to the company.
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Tech savvy
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Must be a licensed auctioneer.
- Proven experience in conducting live and online auctions.
- Strong networking and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
