Registered Nurse – Clinical Documentation & Quality Improvement Analyst
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with experience in clinical documentation or quality improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, coding, or CDI.
- Strong understanding of hospital quality measures and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze clinical data and identify documentation gaps.
- Proficiency in healthcare informatics and reporting tools.
Duties:
- Review and analyze patient records to ensure quality documentation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to improve clinical record accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify patterns and trends in documentation deficiencies.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide CDI training and mentorship to nursing and medical staff.
Pay:
- Medium weekly pay range: $2,000 - $2,550
