Remote Administrative Assistant
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a premiere company to fill their open Remote Administrative Assistant job. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role. Our client is a stable, global company.
You will earn $18.50 per hour in this role. During the temporary period you will be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits package (details below). You will work REMOTE using company-provided technology. This role is expected to last at least 3 months but may be extended depending on our client’s future needs.
Responsibilities:
-Supporting the Customer Service department with administrative tasks
-Entering order information into the database
-Tracking the status of orders
-Field customer inquiries over e-mail and phone when needed
-Managing data in the database
-Managing customer communications
-Processing reports
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-The ability to work effectively in a team setting
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation:
-Hourly rate of $18.50
