This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, streamlining processes, and supporting the smooth operation of our business functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Review source documents for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Retrieve, compile, and prepare data reports as requested by management.
Safeguard sensitive information by following data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Communicate with internal departments to clarify and verify data when necessary.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy of entered data.
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly data entry quotas and deadlines.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
