About The Role As a Brand Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, educating customers about our products and loyalty programs, and collaborating with your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience using an omni-channel approach. What You'll Do Respect all customers and employees, contributing to a positive environment. Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about them. Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling. Enhance the customer experience utilizing all omnichannel offerings. Meet personal goals aligned with store objectives. Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally. Execute operational processes efficiently. Who You Are Effective communicator capable of interacting well with customers and team members. Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor. Passionate about retail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Problem solver, open to feedback and continuous improvement. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Proficient in retail technology and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
