Senior Attorneys – Boutique Law Firm | Austin, TX

A boutique-sized law firm in Austin is seeking Senior-level Attorneys to join their growing team. If you're looking to expand your practice in a collaborative, community-focused environment, this could be a great fit.

Practice Areas of Interest:

• Corporate & Securities Law
• Trademarks
• Estate Planning
• ( Open to candidates with experience in one or more of these areas )

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience practicing law in one or more of the listed areas
• A book of business is a plus, but not required
• A team player who’s eager to grow their practice and contribute to the firm’s success
• A natural leader who can help manage and mentor others

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary around $200,000 (flexible depending on experience), plus bonuses
• 100% employer-paid health insurance (basic plan), with optional add-ons
• Vision and dental coverage available
• 401(k) with match (eligible after 1 year)
• PTO: 15 days in year one, increasing annually up to 20 days
• Most U.S. holidays off
• Mostly onsite schedule with flexibility for occasional remote work
