About the Job:  

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Specialist , you’ll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.  

What  You’ll Get to Do:  


  • Design and implement SRE principles to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.  

  • Automate operational processes and  establish robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems. Provide strategic insights to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation in DevOps practices.  

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Operations, leveraging ITIL best practices to  optimize processes.  

  • Oversee  CloudOps strategies, ensuring high availability and resilience of cloud-based systems.  

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.  

  • Optimize workflows and automate service delivery processes using ServiceNow capabilities. .  

What You’ll Bring with You:  


  • 5+ years in IT operations, including CloudOps and SRE roles, with hands-on ServiceNow implementation expertise .  

  • Deep understanding of ITIL principles and their practical application.  

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).  

  • Proven  track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow modules.  

  • Experience with workflows, scripting, and custom integrations within ServiceNow.  

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
