Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• 3-5+ years experience with observability tools, including Datadog, New Relic, and Splunk SignalFx.• Strong knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring), Infrastructure Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Synthetic Monitoring.• Hands-on experience configuring agents, integrations, custom metrics, and dashboards.• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) monitoring and cost optimization practices.• Good experience and knowledge of Ansible automation. Good to have experience in other automation scripting (Python, Terraform, etc.).
