Supply Chain Manager
Job Description
In this role you will create and maintain a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program.
Your role:
- Proactively embeds quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.
- Actively drives integration across the end-to-end value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.
- Ensuring that output of our warehouse and 3PL activities meets current and future demands, regulatory and service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed to our customers.
- Establishing a responsive, agile supply chain, by translating supply chain strategy, while driving an optimal balance of supply and effective materials management to maximize performance and profitability.
- Initiating changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Overseeing two locations, traveling between both as needed (AZ and PA).
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, factory management and/or distribution and you have 5+ years of people management/leadership experience.
- Your skills include experience with business strategy, strong knowledge in ERP and planning systems, KPI management and an understanding of P&L statements and budgeting.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (Lean practitioner certification – a plus).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You’re a detail-oriented person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work with a large diverse team.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Linwood, PA .
