Join Our Team as a Surveillance Dispatch Supervisor!

Are you ready to take your observational skills to the next level? As a Surveillance Dispatch Supervisor at GardaWorld Security Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $25.48/hour (DailyPay is available for our employees!)

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems to identify suspicious activities.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reporting.
• Respond swiftly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional concentration and visual observation skills.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus!
• Must obtain and maintain an IA security license (GardaWorld will assist with this process).
