\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• No floating to other departments
\n• Block scheduling allowed
\n• No 48-hour guarantee
\n• Maximum 1 week total RTO (request time off)
\n• No holiday RTO
\n• Patient ratio 1:4 in 8-bed emergency department
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
\n• 1 year of experience required
\n• Tennessee or multistate license required
\n• Scrubs required in navy color
\n• Must be proficient in triage, medication administration, IVs, stroke/sepsis protocols
\n• Experience with Cerner EMR system required
\n• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the nursing process
\n• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment
\n• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
\n• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
\n• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility
