RN - Maternal Care (Home Care - Newborn to Pediatrics)

Location: New York (Brooklyn Borough)
Shift : 9am - 5 pm
Job Type: 13-week contract

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced registered nurses (RNs) with a background in maternal and child health to provide in-home nursing care to newborns, pediatric patients (up to 18 years old), and postpartum mothers.This role involves nurse traveling to patient homes and providing care for anyone from newborn to 18 year old of age. Newborn visit might require to provide care for the mother as well which will count as 2 patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to newborns, children, and postpartum mothers in home settings
• Complete assessments, coordinate care plans, and provide education and support to families
• Document visits accurately using clinical systems
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic and continuous care

Required Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
• 2+ years of experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Care, Pediatrics, or Critical Care
