As a Vice President of Client Solutions, you will be critical in developing, implementing, and overseeing our sales strategy targeting market research agencies. You will lead the company efforts to acquire, activate, and accelerate engagement from new and existing agencies and their clients, playing a pivotal role in cultivating our relationship with key accounts. Our Vice President of Client Solutions will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and positioning Emporia as the go-to platform for B2B market research.
Ideal candidates will be skilled, experienced leaders with a background in agency sales, and with a proven track record in growing the customer base and driving revenue growth. We are seeking individuals who are eager to lead, develop, and optimize our sales processes. Experience working closely with or as part of market research agencies is essential, along with the ability to work cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on opportunities. You will collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will provide timely feedback to the engineering team on customer needs and potential improvements for the product, and monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
