Job Description
Salary: $15 per hour
Summaryof the position: As a CDS (Consumer Directed Services) PCA (Personal Care Attendant) you work directly with this Consumer who is on Missouri Medicaid who has been approved by the State of Missouri to receive paid assistance for daily living activities so they can remain in their home. As a PCA, you are naturally talented anticipating the needs of an individual and possess above-average emotional health allowing you to receive instruction directly from the individual you are assisting.
Compensation: Up to $15.00hr, pay determined by CDS Consumer
Responsibilities:
The available position is a split shift, Saturday-Sunday 3am-8am and then 4pm-8pm, and possible other weekday shifts as needed (PRN).

This is a permanent position for an individual who is dependable and reliable. Position located in Raytown, and proximity to Consumers residence is preferred. The Consumer will hold interviews until position is filled.
Minimum Qualifications:
A CDS Program Consumer is the legal employer of his/her personal care attendant and ia responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling and directing their PCA's. Personal Care attendants do NOT work for Scripted Healthcare or Access Personal Care. We do, however, ensure compliance with Medicaid rules and process the payroll for the CDS Consumer .
