You are: A Workday Reporting Expert, problem-solver,curious and future-focused. You are always looking to dive deep into innovative technologies andmeaningfully apply them. You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. You rise above and beyond to constantly finding better ways for our government to work. The Work: Create reports that include BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday report design and development. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping. Configure and test reports in the Workday system. Here is what you need: Existing and up to date Workday Reporting certification Hands-on experience delivering Workday implementations Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree plus two (2) years relevant experience Bonus points if: Prior Federal HR/IT Experience 1+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer Proven ability work within a team-oriented environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change Eligibility Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
