Requirements:
Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
HVAC Certification is a plus
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work weekends as required
