Job Description

A loving, active family in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated career Nanny with a strong background in newborn and infant care, particularly twin experience, to join their household team. The family includes a couple and four young children: two-month-old twins, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old. The older children are in school, and the mother remains very hands-on with them. A full-time housekeeper is also employed.

The primary responsibility will be expert hands-on care for the newborn twins, with occasional support for the older children and light family assistant duties. Candidates with training in early childhood development, newborn care specialist certification, or maternity nursing are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must be flexible for occasional overnight shifts and open to traveling with the family during the summer.

Schedule

The family offers flexibility and is open to both live-in and live-out arrangements. A typical schedule is five days per week, 12-hour days, with travel required during the summer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-charge, developmentally focused care for newborn twins
• Diapering, bathing, grooming, dressing
• Bottle-feeding, introducing solids, preparing children's meals
• Managing sleep and nap routines
• Implementing age-appropriate developmental activities to support milestones
• Occasional care for the toddler and preschooler
• Light family assistant support, including:
• Children's laundry and tidying
• Organizing children's spaces
• Running errands
• Managing children's calendars and logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent professional nanny experience, including experience caring for newborn twins or multiples
• Proven expertise with newborn and toddler care
• Formal training in early childhood development, newborn care, or maternity nursing strongly preferred
• Strong, verifiable childcare references
• Demonstrated long-term employment in previous roles
• Energetic, proactive, and nurturing demeanor
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
