TechConnect is seeking a senior level Application Developer for an industry leading client in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Our client is looking for an individual that is well versed in application development with experience designing, maintaining, testing, improving, and modernizing business applications that will interact with every facet of the company. This is a technical lead role and you will need to take ownership of your development to deliver secure and scalable applications, conduct business analysis, manage and meet timelines, engage with stakeholders, and help drive development technology solutions and best practices.

This is a full-time, 100% onsite position at our clients facility in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, no remote work, and no hybrid work .

As the Application Developer you will be working with C#, .NET, WinForms, WebForms, and Blazor. You will modernize and refactor legacy desktop and web applications into modern cloud based applications. You will integrate Dynamics 365 F&SC and business central to meet business process needs. You will work with Azure (DevOps/App Services) and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate), and develop APIs, shared libraries and integration between ERP, CRM and other internal systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve software and integration problems, and document all technical specs, system architecture, and solutions while providing technical guidance for team members.

To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate effectively (orally and written) and have the ability to collaborate with internal business teams when gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions. You will use development best practices and principles to effectively optimize application performance, usability and reliability across platforms. You will ensure that all software complies with information security and compliance requirements. You will strive to deliver exceptional service and support while properly managing expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience doing .NET development work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with business applications that impact multiple lines of business such as operations, finance and accounting, customer service, logistics, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience with these technologies; C#, .NET, WinForms, WebForms, Blazor, Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL stored procedures and query optimization.
• Very organized with strong documentation and analytical problem solving skills.
• High integrity and moral standards with a self-driven “Can Do” attitude.
• Ability to work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly desired – Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, experience moving legacy systems to .NET 8 and Blazor, familiar with MS Fabric for data integration/analytics, REST APIs, authentication frameworks (ASP.NET Identity, OAuth), unit testing (xUnit, Nunit, bUnit).
