Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company, is seeking a Program Manager, Worksite to direct and manage the largest and most complex multi-year projects, typically up to $5M in scope. The ideal candidate has mastered multiple project methodologies (Waterfall, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, or hybrids) to direct and deliver programs and projects that are aligned with broader Functional objectives. This role oversees projects involving large cross-functional teams. The Program Manager, Worksite is highly visible to the Executive leadership and is recognized across the CNO organization for thought leadership. While this role will collaborate with multiple teams, the primary focus will be on programs impacting our internal Member Operations team.

Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) have access to come into that office. Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours. All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
