Senior Microsoft Dynamics SME
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics SME to lead Independent Validation & Verification (IV&V) efforts for a high-impact financial and customer service modernization project. This role ensures system integrity, compliance, and seamless integration within Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IV&V work plans, test strategies,and validation reports.
Analyze project requirements to assess alignment with business and technical needs.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and corporate policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate IV&V activities into the project lifecycle.
Serve as a Microsoft Dynamics subject matter expert, advising technical and leadership teams.
Conduct peer reviews to validate software functionality and data integrity.
Facilitate regular client meetings to report findings and recommend solutions.
Travel as needed (one week per month) for project engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or Engineering.
15+ years of experience in CRM software applications, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics.
Expertise in Agile Software Development, IT systems integration, and enterprise architecture.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Extensive Quality Control experience required; IV&V experience preferred.
Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
